Reporting to the Engine Center Network Logistics Manager, this role is critical in ensuring the seamless movement of parts and modules from various Forward Stocking Locations (FSLs) into a mixed-model flow assembly line, supporting on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.\nThe ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Procurement, as well as internal customers.\nThe position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, and is exclusively on-site.\nWhat will your day-to-day look like?\nAct as the primary liaison between the assembly site, internal disciplines, and internal customers.\nSupport customer reviews and provide clear visibility into delivery status, risks, and recovery plans.\nEnsure end-to-end material flow from FSLs to the mixed-model assembly line to meet production schedules and delivery commitments.\nMonitor and manage logistics performance, including supplier shipments, inventory levels, and transportation efficiency.\nLead daily coordination meetings to align production, supply chain, and customer requirements.\nResolve logistical bottlenecks and proactively mitigate risks to on-time delivery.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives in material planning, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.\nEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards in all logistics activities.\nWhat do you need to be successful?\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.\n8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, preferably in aerospace or complex assembly environments.\nStrong knowledge of material planning systems (ERP/MRP) and logistics best practices.\nDemonstrated ability to work across multiple disciplines and with external partners/customers.\nExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills.\nExperience with lean manufacturing principles and mixed-model assembly environments is a plus.\nWhat do we offer?\nPension and savings plan with employer contributions\nGroup insurance program\nOpportunities for advancement (career progression)\nMerit or recognition program\nHealth and wellness program, including virtual health care\nRecreational and sports club\nNearby daycares\nTransportation accessibility or public transit program and free parking\nWorking at Pratt & Whitney Canada\nThe masculine pronoun is used without discrimination and solely for the purpose of making the text easier to read. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
