Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nLife Cycle Engineering (LCE) is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist based out of Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of system sustainment. You will also be responsible for executing tasks in the areas of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Sustainment Analysis, and Sustainment Planning. This includes tasks such as technical documentation, spares analysis, provisioning support, training, reliability analysis, and system safety. This role will support various programs within the LCE Effectors portfolio.\nWhat You Will Do:\n\nImprove and streamline logistics and operational processes to better support Mission Support & Sustainment.\nCreate action plans that address key needs in sustainment, readiness, and overall program support.\n Explore and assist in introducing new tools or technologies that benefit Life Cycle Engineering efforts.\nPrepare support materials such as documentation, training content, maintenance data, spare-parts information, and presentation materials.\n Track, review, and report sustainment-related data to help leaders make informed decisions.\n Coordinate daily sustainment activities, documentation, schedules, material accountability, and customer support for planning and test events.\nQualifications You Must Have:\n\nTypically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.\nExperience with engineering logistics and/or management of engineering systems.\nAbility to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. \nQualifications We Prefer:\n\nBuilds and sustains effective business relationships; responds to customer needs promptly and leads cross-functional teams to meet complex technical and business goals.\nExperience supporting logistics efforts such as spares analysis, depot support, and technical writing.\nStrong collaboration skills with customers; excellent written and oral communication abilities.\nProficient in preparing and presenting briefing materials and managing performance to drive execution.\nDemonstrated ability to manage budgets, program financials, and customer contracts, including Earned Value (EV) management and the Estimates at Completion (EAC) process.\nExperience overseeing data systems or databases to ensure data integrity and support user coordination.\nWhat We Offer:\n\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
