based in Longueuil, which focuses on delivering IT solutions for our Logistics team, particularly for the Warehousing and Sales & Distributions organizations.\nThe ideal candidate will be an experienced, highly motivated and mission-driven individual who will engage directly with the logistics organization to understand customer requirements, identify, and develop solutions that meet or practices and technologies within the company’s application processes and architecture.\nWhat your day to day will look like:\nParticipate in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream\n\nWork with business stakeholders and other functional areas to define process opportunities for Logistics Systems that streamline business processes, promote best practices and drive business benefits.\n\nPerform technical and functional problem solving and ensure integration with other solutions/applications\n\nDocument business requirements and translate them into specification documents that result in solutions that meet or exceed the defined business requirements.\n\nWork in cross functional teams to provide seamless integration between Logistics and other enterprise applications.\n\nLead/participate in ERP related projects and ensure stakeholder alignment around the vision, scope, schedule and budget for the digital solution.\n\nIdentify, evaluate, and exclusively on-site.\nWhat you need to be successful:\nMinimum qualifications\nA Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field and 7+ years of experience in Information Technology that includes experience in a customer facing role, requirement gathering, designing functional/technical solutions, and providing support, and experience in managing and delivering projects in dynamic organizations;\n\nOR Advanced Degree and 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or related field that includes experience in a customer facing role, requirement gathering, designing functional/technical solutions, and providing support, and experience in managing and delivering projects in dynamic organizations\n\n5+ years of SAP configuration experience of the SAP Production Planning module (SAP S4 experience is desired).\n\nStrong communicator with good facilitation, analytical skills\n\nProject management skillset\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP PP certification (ECC/S4)\n\nWorking knowledge of SAP WM, EWM, transportation and other modules\n\nStrong technical experience working in a complex SAP landscape.\n\nDemonstrated leadership of successful process improvement initiatives.\n\nDemonstrated focus on process development and implementation that spans\n\norganizational boundaries.\n\nDemonstrated agile mindset and proven history of helping implement and support scaled agile practices.\n\nProgram debugging experience\n\nBTP/MES experience is a plus\n\nThis position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of
