The MAGS organization is an exciting and challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to lead the successful fielding and sustainment of Inc-1 M-Code products.\nThe successful candidate will lead the execution of the ongoing MGUE Inc-1 Sustainment Support Contract, the DLA Life Time Buy ASIC contracts, as well as several small adjacent market contracts within the MAGS portfolio.\nIn addition, you will be expected to set strategy, vision and direction for successful execution focused on enabling customer success, product integrity, and on-time delivery to enable near, mid, and long-term business growth. There will be high visibility to include executive leadership engagement; as this supports core products/programs within the MCP SSBU.\nThis will be a HYBRID position with the main program office located in El Segundo, CA.
