Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nThis is a 2nd shift position with the following hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm\nWhat You Will Do\nPerforms maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and other physical structures.\nTrouble shoot and repair electronic and mechanical problems on equipment.\nBasic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and plumbing.\nMaintains, troubleshoots, and repairs facility mechanical components and electrical systems.\nPerforms machine repair and general preventative maintenance on equipment in compliance with preventative maintenance programs.\nProvides support in the development and implementation of facility and equipment upgrades.\nMaintains all paperwork to document repair and preventative maintenance work completed.\nWorking with chemicals and maintaining Hazardous Waste manifests.\nComplies with SOP’s (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer’s specifications, and safety policies.\nMay perform other duties as assigned\nBasic knowledge of OSHA regulations and standards for Safe work practice, hazard assessment and mitigation.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nGood understanding of safety protocols and procedures.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nWhat You Will Learn\nYou'll learn about safety protocols and best practices to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of yourself and others in the workplace.\nBeing a key player or owner of some site safety programs.\nYou'll become skilled at diagnosing problems when equipment or systems malfunction.
