To meet these demands, our team is composed of multi-disciplinary individuals that possess the abilities to design, install, maintain and troubleshoot anything from pneumatic systems to electrical and computer control systems.\nRotating Shift Structure\n4-on/4-off rotation equates to 6-months off every year! \nRotating day/night shift every 2 months\n12-hour shifts: 7:00AM - 7:00PM / 7:00PM - 7:00AM\nWhat You Will Do\nThe Maintenance Mechanic I role is a facility and industrial maintenance position whose core job duties will include:\nPerform preventative/corrective maintenance and/or operate facility and process related equipment to include make-up air units (MAU), natural gas fired generators, oil/water separators, cooling water towers, vacuum pumps, air compressors, variable frequency drives, boilers, steam systems, water treatment plant and associated equipment\nAnalyze and repair all malfunctioning equipment or systems i.e., Mechanical, Pneumatic and Electro-mechanical\nAdhere to all engineering instruction, standard operation procedures, and all departmental procedures\nObserve and follow environmental, health and safety procedures.\nPositively represent Collins Aerospace’s company vision and support the management team\nKnow, understand and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and consistently implemented\nBasic electrical troubleshooting skills\nFamiliarity with Distributive Control Systems\nMaintain accurate maintenance records utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)\nFollow written and verbal instructions\nPerform water treatment analysis and take corrective action\nEnsure a clean and organized work area is maintained\nOperate the following equipment and tools:Forklift\n3-ton and 5-ton Cranes\nHand tools\nPower tools\nDigital Multimeter\nPrecision alignment tools\n\nQualifications You Must Have\nHS Diploma.
