Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nPOSITION OVERVIEW:\nThis position, Manager - Real Estate & Services Contracts, will provide Real Estate contracts\nsupport to the RTX Enterprise Services Partnerships team. This role requires a mix of\ntransactional, organizational skills, and the enthusiasm to keep pace with RTX dynamic agenda.\nThis role is ideal for someone with general familiarity in real estate-who is looking to grow through on-the-job training. The analyst helps manage contract workflows, ensures negotiated agreements move through internal processes, and maintains contract documentation throughout the lifecycle. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nSpecific responsibilities will include but not limited to:\nSupport preliminary contract reviews and assist in preparing documents such as MSAs, MTAs, NDAs, SOWs, and amendments.\nRoute negotiated contracts for appropriate internal review and ensure timely execution.\nCoordinate with Legal, business stakeholders, and compliance teams (e.g., OneTrust) to complete required steps.\nMaintain accurate records and updates in contract management systems (Contract Tracker, Ariba, etc.).\nManage DocuSign workflows and monitor execution progress.\nTrack contract renewal milestones and support the renewal process.\nProvide administrative and analytical support for supplier engagement, governance activities, and real estate initiatives.\nCoordinate with the PO team for PO creation and to monitor related progress\nQualifications You Must Have:\nMinimum 9 years of experience in sourcing roles and functions, including creating sourcing roadmaps, developing category strategies, licensing, risk management, and requirement change management.\nFamiliarity with real estate industry concepts andReal Estate Services Contract Management with exposure to partners like CBRE, JLL etc.\nInterest in developing deeper contract management expertise through on-the-job learning.\nStrong detail orientation and organizational skills.\nSolid communication and collaboration abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.\nAbility to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment and follow structured business processes.\nQualifications We Prefer\nCandidates for this role should possess a bachelor’s degree.\n5 yrs experience supporting Real Estate contracts or documentation workflows is a plus.\nUnderstanding real estate operations, service provider models, or basic contract processes helpful.\nStrong analytical, time-management, and problem-solving skills.\nWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nLearn More & Apply Now\nPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role.
