Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\n Responsibilities:\nDevelop, standardize, and maintain manufacturing procedures and controlled documentation.\n\nCreate and update Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC programs, and Tool/Gauge Plans using Siemens NX or equivalent CAD/CAM software.\n\nEnsure manufacturing documentation complies with engineering, quality, and regulatory requirements.\n\nLead productivity initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).\n\nDesign, evaluate, and implement manufacturing equipment, tooling, fixtures, and automation solutions.\n\nOptimize machining processes, cycle times, setup reduction, machine utilization, and material flow.\n\nSupport digital manufacturing and advanced manufacturing technologies.\n\nConduct feasibility studies on capacity expansion, facility layout, equipment utilization, and automation.\n\nDevelop business cases supported by productivity, cost-benefit, and ROI analysis.\n\nLead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and waste elimination initiatives.\n\nImprove OEE, process capability, throughput, and workflow efficiency.\n\nImplement sustainable corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring manufacturing issues.\n\nProvide day-to-day manufacturing engineering support to production.\n\nTroubleshoot manufacturing, tooling, process, and equipment issues to minimize downtime.\n\nSupport new product introduction (NPI), process qualification, engineering changes, and production ramp-up.\n\nCollaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve production issues and ensure on-time delivery.\n\nDrive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve manufacturing stability and product quality.\n\nRequirements:\nDegree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Material).\n\n1-5 years of relevant working experience in precision engineering or aerospace manufacturing.\n\nKnowledge of CNC machines (5-axis milling, mill-turn & grinding) and tools, including their designs and uses.\n\nKnowledge of ANSI Y14.5 blueprint reading, G-Codes, M-Codes, and CAD/CAM programming.\n\nKnowledge of tooling and fixturing concepts and standards.\n\nDemonstrate high level of attention to details.\n\nAbility to develop and manage a project from concept to implementation.\n\nAbility to be Flexible and adapt to changing priorities.\n\nAbility to analyze information and quickly solve problems.\n\nExperience with metrology standards and equipment.\n\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
