Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nManage the end to end effort for the development and deployment of new production processes and equipment.\n\nDevelop the planning, programming, and production flow of precision metal parts.\n\nValidation of CNC programs for errors in an offline virtual environment\n\nIdentify and design tooling for production processes .\n\nMaintain and control process documentation of production processes.\n\nWork with Quality Engineers to develop gauging and systems for process control.\n\nTroubleshooting and continuous improvement of production processes.\n\nDevelop paperless shopfloor documentation systems.\n\nAssist production in the prove-out and debugging of new processes.\n\nFollow prescribed work rules and safety standards.\n\nTake ownership of project goals and objectives to ensure project success.\n\nQualification and Education Requirements\nDegree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Material)\n\nAt least 5 years’ of relevant working experience.\n\nKnowledge of CNC machines and tools, including their designs and uses.\n\nKnowledge of ANSI Y14.5 blueprint reading, G-Codes, M-Codes, and CAD/CAM programming.\n\nKnowledge of tooling and fixturing concepts and standards.\n\nDemonstrate high level of attention to details.\n\nAbility to develop and manage a project from concept to implementation.\n\nAbility to be Flexible and adapt to changing priorities.\n\nAbility to analyze information and quickly solve problems.\n\nExperience with metrology standards and equipment.\n\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
