RTX- Dine Facility adheres to the Navajo Nation Preference in Employment Act in areas of recruitment and hiring practices.\nWhat You Will Do\nUtilize analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory, working with other quality functions and cross-functional teams.\nAnalyze supplied material non-conformance data and develop action plans to address top and systemic drivers.\nInvestigate issues with supplied material ensuring accuracy of nonconformances, robust root-cause analysis, and corrective solutions are fully implemented.\nCommunicate supplied part issues impacting the factory to suppliers and stakeholders.\nAssist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect defective supplied hardware.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) two (2) years of experience in related Quality, Operations, Engineering or related technical discipline\nExperience with Root Cause Corrective Action processes\nExperience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings\nU.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.\nQualifications We Prefer\nExisting DoD Secret Clearance\nExperience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System\nProven success in building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams\nHigh computer proficiency, including skills working with SAP/ PRISM and Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)\nSix Sigma, Lean and / or American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification (CQE, CQM/OE, CSQE, CQA, CRE, etc.)\nExperience in DoD product and process oversight including requirements, build, integration, test and delivery\nLearn More and Apply\nPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
