Make a difference with a career at Pratt & Whitney.\nWhat You Will Do\nSet up, operate and maintain Wire-EDM Machines\n\nPerform simple troubleshooting of machines.\n\nRead and follow established procedures and work instructions.\n\nPerform risk assessment and take corrective actions as well as preventive measures.\n\nMaintain day to day 6S lean activities to create a safe work environment.\n\nWork cross functional to support the various manufacturing processes.\n\nParticipate in the EH&S programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.\n\nSupport the continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.\n\nQualifications You Must Have\nNITEC in Precision, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.\n\n2 years of relevant experience in EDM / CMM machine Operation and Maintenance experience.\n\n2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, Precision Engineering or Machining.\n\nComfortable with hands-on work to operate with the tools and equipment.\n\nAbility to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP).\n\nMeticulous with an eye for details and adopts a hands-on approach.\n\nWilling to work permanent night shift and overtime on need basis.\n\nQualifications We Prefer\nEDM machining skills and knowledge.\n\nRelevant experience in operating CMM measurement machines.\n\nRelevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience.\n\nWhat We Offer\nCareer and skills development opportunities.\n\nEmployee scholarship program for further education.\n\nComprehensive health, medical and dental benefits.\n\nOn-the-job training and in-house/external certifications.\n\nCompetitive remuneration package.\n\nAllowance and overtime benefits where applicable.\n\nCompany transport provided.\n\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
