This position involves both hands-on technical work and leadership responsibilities, ensuring the success of production operations and lab asset management.\nThis is an onsite role in Sterling, VA. Relocation assistance is not available.\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead and facilitate daily Tier meetings/stand-ups to address production priorities and challenges.\nField production issues and provide assistance, coaching, and mentoring to production employees.\nLiaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including Operations Program Managers (OPMs), to drive production success.\nSupport site installation activities, including travel to customer site installation locations.\nManage inventory and configuration of lab assets, ensuring availability for engineering development needs.\nMaintain and schedule lab devices to optimize usage and engineer access.\nPerform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational testing on training devices.\nOversee lab/device cleaning, inventory, and adherence to security and operational policies.\nEnsure completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks as needed.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nTypically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
