You will act as the critical liaison between Supply Chain, program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), suppliers, and customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage all aspects of material flow for assigned programs.\nResponsibilities:\nAct as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and program Integrated Project Teams (IPT), ensuring alignment of material strategies with program objectives.\nDevelop, execute and manage the Material Program Strategy (MPS) and material program plan (MPP), driving program competitiveness and performance from inception through to contract closure.\nProvide comprehensive Supply Chain support for internal gate process activities ensuring compliance with the Integrated Project Development Plan (IPDP) and tailoring as necessary to meeting program requirements.\nLead key activities including reporting, target setting, material forecasts, supplier management (e.g, Supplier Risk and Opportunity Management), evaluating material strategies, ensuring compliance with customer flow-through requirements such as Standard Acquisition Clauses and Conditions, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), offsets, quality, and warranties.\nSupport internal and external customer program reviews and meetings, providing comprehensive Supply Chain updates.\nIdentify and secure Supply Chain resources to support the capture plan and manage the Supply Chain content of the proposal pipeline.\nDrive operational excellence by achieving material availability, sales, and bookings targets, directly impacting program and departmental success. \nResponsible for making minor adjustments in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and standard processes to enhance efficiency. \nAddress and solve material-related challenges by leveraging prior experiences, standard procedures and analytical approaches.\nMaintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, external customers and suppliers to align on program requirements and achieve goals.\nEnsure material flow management across all assigned programs, from identification of supply chain needs to delivery and receipt.\nAssist in the development, implementation and maintenance of Supply Chain policies, procedures and supporting systems.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field (or equivalent in training and experience).\nMinimum of 4 years relevant experience, with foundational knowledge of supply chain principles and practices.\nFamiliarity with Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and Department of National Defence (DND) requirements and/or experience in supply chain management within the aerospace or defence industry is preferred.\nBasic understanding of Military Specifications and their impact on program compliance and performance is desired.\nStrong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to management multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic team environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.\nCommitment to obtain Raytheon Level 4 Supply Chain certification and Level 4 MPM certification (or equivalent certification such as CPSM, CPIM or CSPC.\nBilingual in French and English is an asset.\nThe successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check and obtain/maintain a Government of Canada security clearance and any applicable clearances with respect to the handling and transfer of controlled goods.\nThis position is eligible for consideration of a hybrid work arrangement with set onsite days.\nRaytheon Canada adheres to the principles of equal employment and welcome applications from all qualified persons.
