This role requires the ability to develop and meet program objectives in a matrix environment and to interface effectively with functional and program leadership. The position serves as a key member of the Supply Chain team, coordinating with program and supplier teams. Responsibilities include creating and executing Material Program Strategies and Plans to support program execution from initial development through contract closure. The role supports a product development effort that operates in a dynamic and evolving environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nDeveloping and executing Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.\nPlanning and executing sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process.\nIdentifying Customer Prime Contract Flow-Downs and obtaining any required Terms Attachments (Flow Down Attachment) and/or Modifications (TCMs).\nAssisting with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs).\nGenerating Supplier Request for Information/Proposals/Quotes (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs), and obtaining and understanding supplier proposals/quotes.\nGenerating and processing Supplier New Add / Re-Activation requests.\nDriving Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management.\nParticipating in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance.\nThis role is onsite at one of our Tucson, AZ locations.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.\nExperience in Program Management, Material Program Management, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, Operations, and/or Strategic Sourcing.\nExperience developing and executing material or supply chain strategies in support of program objectives.\nExperience generating sourcing documentation such as RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, or supplier statements of work.\nQualifications We Prefer\nExperience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SSOWs).\nExperience supporting supplier management activities such as supplier reviews or performance oversight.\nExperience working in a matrixed organization.\nExperience supporting procurement activities, including purchase requisitions and purchase order management.\nActive and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain Top Secret or higher clearance level or program access after start date.\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
