Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do\nWork closely with program and partnering functions to ensure successful supplier management and execution in support of program needs and requirements\nProvide Supply Chain support for RLPM (RTX Lifecycle Program Management)\nCreate, manage, and execute Material Program Strategy (MPS) and the Material Program Plan (MPP) to enable successful execution of program competitiveness and performance, from the front end of the business through contract closure\nProvide status by preparing and presenting slides and files during team tag-ups, daily/weekly program meetings, and monthly program & customer reviews\nParticipate in weekly supplier engagements to ensure required performance is met\nMaintain and assess the integrity of the MRP environment and the programs’ schedule within that environment while balancing supply and demand to allow for an executable schedule\nOwn the supplier and finance management process (i.e., Risk/Opportunity, Line of Balance, Metrics, Material sales forecasts)\nAssist procurement with supplier Request for Proposals / Quotes (RFP’s / RFQ’s)\nProactively address and complete urgent supply chain tasking (Purchase Requisitions integrity, Single/Sole Source Justifications, Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW), Purchase Order follow up\nProvide pertinent information to procurement in order to expedite ordering and receipt of parts to ensure continuous production\nCommunicate program status, issues, and resolution plans across all major stakeholders, including Raytheon senior management, customers, and suppliers\nDomestic travel not more than 20%\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience\nMinimum 6 years’ experience in supply chain, finance, operations, project management, and/or program management role\nMinimum 5 years experience working with suppliers\nU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract\nQualifications We Prefer\nExperience in Material Forecasting, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Material Estimate at Complete (EAC), and/or Earned Value (EV)\nSupply chain experience in the Aerospace or Defense industry\nExperience with government regulations (i.e. FAR/DFAR, ITAR/EAR, TINA, etc.)\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
