Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do:\nRaytheon’s Operations & Supply Chain group is conducting search for a Material Program Manager (MPM) Specialist working with the Raytheon Advanced Technologies Strategic Business Unit (SBU) - Advanced Hypersonic Weapons (AHW) team in Tucson, AZ.\nAs an MPM Specialist you’ll apply your advanced/applied knowledge of the material requirements planning (MRP) process and overall Supply Chain knowledge and general business acumen within this matrixed organization. You will influence and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and will develop and lead material program strategies for programs or integrated product teams.\nAdditional responsibilities will include:\nFinancial management (Earned Value Management, Control Account Management, budgets, targets, working capital, material sales forecasts, etc.)\nOwnership of the supplier management process (Supplier Risk/Opportunity Management Plan, supplier performance, metrics, international issues, develop/evaluate the make/buy strategy, the Collaborative Agreement process, etc.)\nCommunication of customer flow-through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc.\nWorking at the front end of the business, identifying and securing Supply Chain resources to support the capture plan and manage the Supply Chain content for the proposal pipeline\nMaintaining/Assessing the integrity of the MRP environment and your programs’ schedule within that environment\nBalancing supply and demand to create/maintain executable schedules\nIssue/Conflict resolution within organizations, between organizations and with suppliers\nWillingness to Travel Domestically/Internationally, as required\nThis position is based onsite at Raytheon’s Tucson, AZ facility.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.\nExperience in supply chain and related systems, program management, procurement, MRP, cost estimating, and/or finance\nQualifications We Prefer:\nUnderstanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) through education and experience in a manufacturing environment with the ability to provide creative and systemic solutions\nStrong analytical skills required to evaluate end-to-end planning and identify constraints, risks and opportunities\nAdvanced Supply Chain Planning tools (i.e. SAP, Kinaxis Rapid Response)\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillset (i.e. pivot tables, filters, advanced formulas, macros, automation, MS Office Integration, etc.)\nA knowledge base that can be leveraged to affect change and provide creative, lasting systemic solutions to ensure MRP integrity in support of on time deliveries.\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
