Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do\nManage purchase orders for new, overhaul, exchange, and repair parts to support timely and continuous material flow for engine production.\n\nTrack material availability, shortages, supplier commitments, and delivery status, and follow up with vendors on outstanding orders.\n\nMaintain accurate and timely material shortage information.\n\nIdentify material constraints and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on appropriate material solutions to support production requirements.\n\nSupport supplier performance reviews and follow up on actions relating to cost, quality, delivery, and service performance.\n\nSupport timely material fulfillment and inventory control through active WIP management and monitoring of aging finished goods and WIP.\n\nLiaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve defective parts and other material-related issues.\n\nReconcile invoice discrepancies with vendors, Accounts Payable, and relevant internal stakeholders.\n\nParticipate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to improve procurement processes, material flow, and inventory control.\n\nQualifications You Must Have\nDiploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nAt least 1-2 years of relevant procurement, supply chain, or materials management experience in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience in purchase order management, supplier coordination, material planning, or inventory management.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nA team player with a results-oriented mindset.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.\nWhat We Offer\nCareer and skills development opportunities.\n\nEmployee scholarship program for further education.\n\nComprehensive health, medical and dental benefits.\n\nOn-the-job training and in-house/external certifications.\n\nCompetitive remuneration package.\n\nAllowance and overtime benefits where applicable.\n\nCompany transport provided.\n\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
