Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do:\nOperate grinding equipment and tools\nMaintain proper care of manufacturing equipment\nFollow all prescribed safety policies and testing\nUse a microscope for many of your tasks throughout the day\nBe responsible for quality product standards with no defects.\nMeet customer deadlines and expectations.\nComply with applicable elements of quality systems.\nParticipate in cost reduction plans and continuous improvement plans/events, as required.\nParticipate in audits.\nAcquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required.\nRoute reworked assemblies for testing. Clean completed assemblies. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
