Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do\nAssist technicians with data processing and upload issues; ensure calibration and Out of Tolerance data sets are complete, accurate, and properly stored.\nCoordinate vendor certificate workflow-work with suppliers to retrieve missing certs, validate content, and attach records to the correct assets.\nSupport engineering and technicians with procedures and data sheets.\nInterface between engineering and technicians for procedural updates and change rollouts.\nTriaging customer needs for failed calibrations: creating/issuing limited calibration forms, ensuring Out of Tolerance data is uploaded and sufficient, and supporting the scrap process.\nCreate calibration/repair service orders for vendor items and update calibration management software for proper status tracking and management.\nConduct internal audits of lab calibration records for spot checks and trend analysis.\nSupport process improvement projects-partner with supervisors and technicians on workflow optimization and organization.\nMaintain asset inventories, shared calendars, lab access lists, and controlled SharePoint libraries; publish weekly metrics.\nWhat You Will Learn\nEnd-to-end lab operations and compliance within a complex, high-volume test environment.\nAsset lifecycle and calibration program administration (records, certificates, templates, audits).\nBuilding and explaining operations dashboards using spreadsheets and BI tools.\nCross-functional collaboration with engineering, production operations, quality, and supplier teams.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 0-2 years of prior relevant experience. \nThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
