As a Network Administrator (Senior Analyst Level), you will work closely with system administrators and cybersecurity and bring an enhanced level of knowledge on networking technologies and practices to support multiple program Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs). This is an on-site position in our Andover, MA location.\nWhat You Will Do\nTroubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems reported by users and system administrators\nFollow network design guides and processes/practices\nReview Technical Security Controls with minimal supervision\nMonitor network for health and performance\nCreate and maintain technical documentation such as network diagrams\nMay require occasional domestic travel\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.\nExperience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco hardware on Local Area Networks (LAN) within classified environments\nActive and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.\nQualifications We Prefer\nEffective customer service skills, including oral and written communications.\nCompTIA Security+ (or equivalent 8570 IAT Level II or 8140 Intermediate for Network Operations Specialist).
