In this role, you will serve as the focal point for assigned programs and product families, partnering across Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Materials, Supply Chain, and other functions to ensure customer commitments are achieved. The hybrid work schedule will be determined by the manager.\nWhat You Will Do:\nServe as the primary Operations focal point for assigned programs and product families, ensuring performance aligns with customer commitments and business objectives.\nTranslate demand, recovery plans, and priorities into integrated execution plans with clear actions, owners, timelines, and deliverables.\nLead cross-functional teams and action tracking across Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Materials, Supply Chain, and other functions to drive timely resolution of issues and commitments.\nMonitor program performance, proactively identify risks and issues, and develop recovery plans and mitigation strategies to minimize customer impact and prevent escalations.\nPresent program performance, recovery plans, risks, and paths forward to internal and external leadership during customer reviews and other engagements.\nLead and prepare for customer visits, coordinating schedules and cross-functional teams to ensure customer requests and priorities are addressed effectively.\nPartner with Operations and Planning teams to align production priorities, resources, schedules, and execution plans with critical customer commitments.\nCommunicate urgent customer priorities and potential escalations across functional teams and partner with Engineering and Technical Planning to ensure timely implementation of Engineering Changes (ECs), deviations, Change Requests (CRs), and configuration updates.\nConduct periodic program reviews with customers and internal stakeholders while partnering with other Operations Program Leads, Operations Program Managers, General Managers, and functional leaders to maintain alignment and resolve issues.\nLead and supervise a small group of Operations Program Leads, providing direction and supporting effective execution across assigned programs.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nA University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.\nDemonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).\nU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.\nQualifications We Prefer:\nExperience leading cross-functional teams and driving complex programs or operational initiatives to completion under tight timelines.\nExperience developing and executing recovery plans for production, delivery, supply, or customer-impacting issues.\nExperience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and serving as a primary contact for program issues.\nExperience supporting customer reviews, customer visits, and other customer-facing engagements.\nExperience working with Engineering Changes (ECs), deviations, Change Requests (CRs), configuration management, or related engineering processes.\nExperience using ERP/MRP or project management systems such as SAP and MS Project.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, APQP, PFMEA, or DFMEA methodologies.\nWhat We Offer:\nSome of our competitive benefits package includes:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance \nThree weeks of vacation for newly hired employees \nGenerous 401(k) plan that includes employer matching funds\nParticipation in the Employee Scholar Program (ESP) \nLife insurance and disability coverage \nEmployee Assistance Plan, including up to 8 free counseling sessions \nAnd more! \nLearn More & Apply Now!\nOperations, Supply Chain and EH&S:\nThe next chapter of our future as an aerospace company is here, and we are excited about what this means for our employees and customers!
