Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nRaytheon is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Management (OSC) Leader to support the National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System (NASAMS) DCS program area. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing Supply Chain and Operations strategies, proposals, and program execution across select DCS programs. The ideal candidate is a strong, influential leader with a proven record of delivering exceptional Operations and Supply Chain performance, including the ability to lead and drive results without direct reporting authority.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead OSC execution across cost, schedule, quality, supplier performance, and material strategy, ensuring smooth transition from contract closeout into Long-Term Sustainment operations.\n\nManage subcontractor and supplier performance, driving alignment with evolving program objectives and sustainment requirements.\n\nDevelop and manage risk and opportunity plans to meet program goals. Provide earned value, cost account management, and budget oversight.\n\nDrive material sales forecasting and execution, identifying efficiencies and optimizing supply chain performance across the program.\n\nCollaborate across functions and lead execution teams in a matrixed environment without direct authority.\n\nEngage with internal and external customers, delivering clear updates on OSC strategy, performance, and status updates.\n\nMonitor performance metrics and proactively resolve program and functional issues. Support proposal development, gate reviews, and Operations & Supply Chain deliverables required for closeout and Long-Term Sustainment startup.\n\nPerform limited travel as needed to support supplier, subcontractor, customer engagements, or program reviews.\n\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.\n\nExperience with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or Program Management.\n\nExperience with ERP Systems such as SAP, PRISM, Kinaxis or equivalent system.\n\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
