Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nAs the OSC Finance Manager for the Next Generation Jammer program, you will lead a team of Operations and Supply Chain financial analysts, driving critical financial processes and ensuring the program's success. You will play a key role in providing financial oversight, optimizing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.\nWhat You Will Do\n· Oversee operations labor and material analysis, supporting quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs), monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) reporting requirements.\n· Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and deliver deeper insights into financial metrics.\n· Develop and execute change management strategies to promote accountability and analytical growth within the team.\n· Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Mission Areas, Business Unit Leadership, and other teams, to provide financial guidance and insights.\n· Monitor program performance, identify trends and risks, and recommend solutions to address challenges.\n· Consolidate financial data and create executive-level presentations to support decision-making.\n· Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team, fostering an environment of collaboration, integrity, and accountability.\n· Ensure compliance with company policies, command media, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).\nQualifications You Must Have\n· Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience\n· Experience with SAP, PRISM, Business Warehouse, and Microsoft Office applications.\n· Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and financial processes such as EACs and LREs.\n· Experience in financial analysis or related financial functions.\nQualifications We Prefer\n· Previous experience leading or managing teams.\n· Experience creating consolidated executive presentations and analyzing performance indicators.\n· Knowledge of financial evaluations for program performance and varying lifecycle program controls.\n· Experience with Excel tools such as Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, and SQL.\n· Familiarity with company command media, disclosures, and GAAP.\n· Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) contract financing and billing.\nWhat We Offer\n· Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
