Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will D o:\nPrepare surfaces to be painted by cleaning, masking, and sanding.\nApply paint to surface of the part using spray gun.\nAble to adjust paint guns to maximize transfer efficiency and teach others.\nAble to clean and maintain spray equipment.\nEnsures manometers, filters, ovens and all equipment meet specification requirements.\nUnderstands spray patterns, angles and distance to part.\nUnderstands racking and hanging techniques.\nLearn to accurately read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions.\nOperate Chart recorders\nMeet customer deadlines and expectations.\nResponsible to comply with applicable elements of quality systems.\nParticipate in cost reduction plans and continuous improvement plans/events, as required.\nParticipate in audits.\nAcquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required.\nCheck parts for cracks, loose connections, faulty bonds, and faulty assembly.\nRecord test results in testing log.
