Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nRaytheon is seeking an experienced Procurement Professional in a highly collaborative role where you will have the opportunity to lead in the sourcing and acquisition of materials and services, management of supplier performance - the entire purchase order life cycle for fast paced Development Programs. You will manage several supplier relationships necessary to support various programs for the factory material needs.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\nPerform procurement and supplier management activities in support of U.S. Government and Commercial contracts.\nAdminister and manage material and service procurements from domestic suppliers. Maintain POs to ensure accurate and timely supplier delivery information. Place purchase orders of medium complexity in accordance with all regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and corporate compliance requirements for various complex subcontract (Cost Type, Incentive Type, Firm Fixed, etc.).\nUtilize source selection techniques, compile, and analyze data to perform price analyses, conduct negotiations (including terms and conditions) and identify supplier risks.\nPreparation and issuance of RFIs, RFPs. Letter Subcontracts, POs\nSupport negotiation strategies and Support formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Scope, Terms & Conditions).\nEnsure that requirements (prime contract, quality, terms, and conditions) are properly communicated to suppliers and manage supplier performance to cost, schedule, and quality requirements. Nurture professional business relationships with first tier subcontractors.\nMonitor procurement reports and help drive performance to meet company metric targets.\nWork closely with the program office and other function groups (Operations, Quality, Engineering) to identify solutions to sourcing issues that require ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.\nCommunicate clearly and be proactive in a very fast-paced environment.
