Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.\nThe Airborne Antenna Design department headquartered in McKinney, Texas is responsible for full-scope Independent Design, Verification & Validation (IV&V) solutions for antenna products, including architecture trades, design, development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of antenna systems and associated integrated system verification solutions.\nThis is an onsite role, located in Mckinney, Texas.\nWhat You Will Do:\nResponsible for the design, development, and deployment of Radio Frequency (RF) passive circuits (radiators, RF manifolds, RF transitions, etc.) and electromagnetic (EM) modeling.\nParticipate in advancing the state of the art with regard to radiator design and EM design and modeling through continual innovation.\nFollow established procedures and instructions while working closely with program and functional leadership to ensure that overall design objectives are met. \nResponsible for developing technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems. \nTravel may be periodically required \nQualifications You Must Have:\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) degree or a minimum of 8 years’ prior relevant experience, to include any combination of the following:\nExperience in passive circuit design and EM modeling\nExperience with antenna engineering principles including phased array theory.\nExperience performing structured design processes, root-cause problem solving, and successful on-time / on-schedule task execution\nExperience with test equipment including Antenna Ranges, Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and / or Power Meters, etc\nQualifications We Prefer:\nExperience with Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, Matlab, and AutoCAD\nCapable of providing input or guidance to lower-level engineers \nAbility to manage conflicting or non-existent requirements in a rapidly changing environment \nExcellent written and oral communication skills \nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
