You will play a key role in ensuring technical requirements are met, program scope is maintained, and engineering processes are followed.\nThis is an onsite role that can be based in either Burnsville, Minnesota OR Cedar Rapids, Iowa.\nWhat You Will Do:\nExecute day-to-day development activities for the FOMAX 7 program.\nServe as the technical interface to the Project Chief Engineer and engineering teams.\nEnsure engineering accountability for meeting technical requirements and program scope.\nMaintain and manage the program schedule.\nEnsure compliance with established engineering processes.\nAct as a liaison between the Project Chief Engineer and engineering teams.\nAssist in tracking Earned Value, financial management, and schedule maintenance for engineering activities.\nManage risk and opportunity for related engineering activities.\nLead and support the program as needed, including tasks outside the defined scope.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.\nMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
