The SM-2 team includes SM-2 Production and SM-2 Development. Top candidates will raise the performance levels of those they work with by leveraging their previous experiences to complete challenging and complex assignments in a collaborative team environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nEAC (Estimate at Complete) coordination, preparation, review and submission.\nManagement of cost / schedule progress in comparison to budgets and forecasts of Bookings / Sales / Profit / Cash monthly.\nSupport as required (Gate 4’s) and contract baselines (Gate 5’s).\nAid in the development of Long Range Plan (LRP).\nInternal Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance, variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting.\nFrequent interaction with various program managers, functional leaders, and multiple layers of the organization.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.\nExperience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, etc.).\nExperience in applications of EVMS, Program Controls, and/or Cost/ Schedule Integration or a similar system.\nExperience in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
