Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nJob Summary:\nRaytheon Saudi Arabia has an opening for a Principal Specialist Financial Analyst in support of its Saudi Arabia Programs portfolio. This is a seasoned professional contributor role with advanced knowledge of program finance, financial planning and analysis, and indirect cost rate management. The successful candidate will work autonomously with limited oversight and serve as a strategic business partner to program and functional leadership across active in-Kingdom programs.\nThis position operates at a level that directly impacts operational results within the finance work area. The analyst will coach and review the work of junior finance professionals, influence policies and practices, and take ownership of complex financial deliverables across the full program finance lifecycle - including EAC development, financial metrics analysis, indirect rates analysis, and financial planning.\nWhat You Will Do:\nProgram Finance & Controls\nLead preparation of weekly and monthly program financial reports and customer financial deliverables\nOwn monthly sales, profit, and cash forecasting across assigned program portfolio\nLead quarterly Estimates at Completion (EAC) development including cost, schedule, risk, and opportunity analysis\nPerform detailed variance analysis to budget baselines and communicate findings clearly to program and finance leadership\nDevelop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)\nSupport preparation of cost CDRLs including Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMRs) and Contractor Funding Summary Reports (CFSRs)\nSupport proposal cost development and basis of estimate preparation for new business opportunities\nIndirect Rates Analysis\nAnalyze and monitor indirect cost rates (overhead, G&A, fringe) against budgeted and forecasted pools and bases.\nSupport development and maintenance of forward pricing rate estimates and submissions.\nAssess the impact of indirect rate variances on program cost positions and EAC development.\nPartner with accounting and estimating functions to reconcile actual indirect charges against applied rates.\nIdentify trends and variances in indirect cost pools and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.\nLeadership & Collaboration\nCoach and review the work of junior finance professionals, providing guidance on deliverables, analytical approach, and professional development\nServe as a strategic business partner to program managers, contracts, engineering, and operations functions.\nInfluence financial policies, practices, and procedures within the finance work area.\nPrepare and present financial analysis to senior program and finance leadership with clarity and confidence.\nSupport ad hoc financial investigations, special projects, and senior leadership requests.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nTypically requires A University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field from a recognized Saudi or international university and minimum 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.\nDemonstrated experience in program financial analysis, EAC development, or cost controls in a project- or contract-based environment.\nExperience with indirect cost rate structures, cost pool analysis, or forward pricing.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP or equivalent ERP/financial systems.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English, including experience presenting to senior leadership.\nQualifications We Prefer:\nExperience supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) on government or defense contracts.\nKnowledge of government contracting financial requirements.\nProven ability to manage small projects or processes within area of responsibility with limited oversight.\nExperience coaching or mentoring junior finance staff.\nContinuous improvement mindset with a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.\nExperience with OneStream, SAP Business Warehouse, or similar financial planning tools.\nBackground in aerospace, defense, or government contracting finance.\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
