Clearance Status:\nNot RequiredWe are seeking a driven, hands-on Project Engineer to lead an Integrated Product Team (IPT) supporting the design, development, and delivery of advanced heat exchanger systems for high-performance aerospace engine applications.\nThis role requires a strong blend of technical depth, program execution, and leadership across cross-functional teams.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead and guide an Integrated Product Team (IPT), ensuring alignment to defined requirements, program milestones, and successful execution \nIdentify program risks early and drive mitigation strategies to maintain schedule, cost, and technical objectives \nDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates, including Earned Value tracking and financial performance reporting \nManage assigned component budgets and proactively communicate any scope, cost, or schedule impacts \nDrive Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations and implement effective solutions \nDiagnose and resolve performance issues such as fouling, leakage, and pressure drop, including support for in-service components \nSupport prototype builds, field testing, and in-service issue resolution \nOwn all aspects of hardware verification testing, including test facility selection (internal/external), test plan development, execution oversight, and reporting \nDevelop and execute technology development plans and manufacturing development plans \nCreate detailed test plans, procedures, and technical documentation \nPrepare and deliver technical proposals, engineering assessments, and design review presentations for internal and customer audiences \nReport team progress, key challenges, and solution strategies to customers and engineering leadership \nRecommend and implement design improvements and product modifications based on data, testing, and field performance \nCollaborate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer teams to ensure successful product delivery \nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience \nPrior experience in project management, including scheduling, cost estimation, and financial tracking \nQualifications We Prefer\nExperience in product development, thermal systems, or heat exchanger technologies, including prototype development, testing, and validation \nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams or IPTs in a technical environment \nStrong background in Earned Value Management (EVM) for program performance tracking and reporting \nDemonstrated expertise in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving, with application in both development and in-service environments \nExperience supporting manufacturing/production and resolving field or in-service issues \nBackground in aerospace or high-performance engine systems (preferred) \nExperience with customer-facing engineering, including technical proposals and program reviews \nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
