This role will contribute to successful execution Contract Research and Development (CRAD) programs by coordinating program activities, supporting planning and reporting, and ensuring alignment with defined technical, cost, and schedule objectives. The candidate will work closely with engineering, contracts, finance, supply chain, and security partners to drive disciplined program execution. This position is onsite based in Tucson, Arizona.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport the execution programs by monitoring progress, identifying issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain cost, schedule, and technical performance.\nDevelop, maintain, and track program plans, milestones, budgets, and resource needs in alignment with established objectives.\nFacilitate communication between technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility of status, risks, and opportunities.\nParticipate in risk and opportunity management activities, including identification, documentation, and tracking of mitigation actions.\nPrepare and deliver program metrics, presentations, and status updates for monthly reports and internal reviews.\nEnsure adherence to RTX program management processes, policies, and applicable contractual requirements.\nCollaborate with peer program teams across the portfolio to support resource planning, knowledge sharing, and process improvement.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.\nExperience supporting IRAD and/or CRAD efforts, including planning, execution tracking, or reporting.\nExperience with program lifecycle management, including cost, schedule, and technical baseline development.\nActive and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date.
