This role provides project leadership across multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules, budgets, resources, and execution to meet program objectives and business commitments.\nWhat You Will Do:\nSupport projects involving static hardware across the Fan, Low Pressure Compressor (LPC), High Pressure Compressor (HPC), High Pressure Turbine (HPT), and Low Pressure Turbine (LPT).\nDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, costs, and forecasts to achieve program and business targets.\nLead projects from inception through completion, maintaining integrated master schedules and resolving obstacles that could affect execution.\nCoordinate cross-functional activities and serve as Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for multidisciplinary technical, manufacturing, and administrative teams.\nOversee project proposals, business plans, work statements, specifications, operating budgets, and contract financial terms.\nTravel Requirement: 10% (Domestic and International).\nWhat You Will Learn:\nGain deeper knowledge of commercial and military gas turbine static hardware across the Fan, LPC, HPC, HPT, and LPT modules.\nDevelop expertise in leading complex engineering and manufacturing projects from initial planning through completion.\nStrengthen project financial management skills, including budget forecasting, cost tracking, revenue projections, and profitability management.\nBuild experience leading multidisciplinary Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and coordinating cross-functional organizations.\nExpand proficiency in project execution methodologies and tools, including Agile, EVMS, Primavera, and integrated master scheduling.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nDegree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics and 8 years of relevant experience, or or an Advanced degree in a related field with 5 years of relevant experience. NBEC is co-located with Pratt & Whitney’s largest manufacturing facility.
