Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nThe Principal Project Engineer, Proposals role will focus on Power and Controls pursuits, working close to Business Development team. As the Proposal lead, you will drive priorities, proposals queue, deliverables and work together with Engineering, Business Development and Program Management to ensure timely and compliant proposals submission.\nIn addition, you will work with other SBU leaders to ensure P&C (Power and Controls) standardization , best practices, tool development, process and drive process improvements. Accountable to manage cost , budget and risk for each proposal while provided status to different stakeholders. The lead works as ECS (Engine Control Systems) SME and is the POC for all ECS Sustainment and NPI initiatives. Work together with other engineers to ensure performance and delivery for ECS pursuits.\nThis position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment.
