Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do:\nNegotiate and administer multiple subcontract types, to include but not limited to, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time and Materials, as well as development/R&D efforts.\nEvaluate, identify, and select suppliers that meet Raytheon requirements. Develop business partner relationship with suppliers.\nGenerate and negotiate Long Term Price Agreements and other related agreements.\nWork closely with Program Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement procurement strategies and develop subcontract Statements of Work.Solicit competitive and single/sole source proposals from prospective subcontractors, perform source selection analysis, and employ price and cost analysis techniques to make a fair and reasonable price determination.\n\nMonitor subcontractor performance metrics and recommend/implement corrective actions as necessary.
