Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nRaytheon is seeking an experienced Subcontracts Manager to join the Raytheon Sensor Systems (RSS) Program Team within the Supplier Integrated Product team. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Subcontracts managing medium and high complexity procurements for multiple RSS Other Programs. As a Subcontracts Manager you will manage subcontracts (domestic) and represent the Supply Chain organization at various levels on functional and cross-functional teams to drive business success.\nWhat You Will Do:\nNegotiate and administer multiple subcontract types, to include but not limited to, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time and Materials, as well as development/R&D efforts.\nEvaluate, identify, and select suppliers and business partners.\nGenerate and negotiate Teaming Agreements and other related agreements.\nWork closely with Program Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement procurement strategies and develop subcontract Statements of Work.\nSolicit proposals from prospective subcontractors and employ value analysis techniques to analyze cost/price, technical capability and, financial viability, conducting investigations to ensure ability to perform within cost and schedule.\nMonitor and report cost, schedule, and status of subcontractors and recommend or implement corrective action as necessary.\nPreparing POs and PO documentation in accordance with company directives and RIS work instructions.\nManaging Suppliers to meet RIS requirements with the desired quality and delivery\nPost-award management of POs in accordance with company directives and RIS work instructions•Preparing and executing PIAs\nPreparation and execution of Long-Term Agreements as required\nIdentifying and developing opportunities for small business participation\nMinimal travel\nQualifications You Must Have:\nRequires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience\nExperience working within the SAP (PRISM) software application.\nExperience with subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), and ITAR and import/export requirements\nU.S. Citizenship status is required as this position requires the ability to obtain a D.O.D.
