Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nLead the resolution of critical material shortages and supplier delivery issues affecting production schedules.\nEnsure supplier commitments align with MRP requirements, Master Production Schedule (MPS), and required on-dock dates (ODD).\nCoordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics to protect production continuity.\nMonitor and improve supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD), past-due orders, lead times, and commitment accuracy.\nDevelop and track supplier recovery plans, ensuring clear actions, owners, and committed completion dates.\nEnsure suppliers comply with established shipping lead times, logistics requirements, and supply chain portal processes.\nIdentify and mitigate supply risks that could impact production, customer delivery, and business continuity.\nLead risk assessments for critical parts, constrained materials, single-source suppliers, and extended lead-time components.\nSupport Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory reduction, MOQ optimization, order deferrals, and inventory rationalization.\nAct as the supply chain focal point for complex operational issues requiring cross-functional alignment.\nLead discussions with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery, quality, and material constraints.\nSupport customer-facing escalations and ensure transparent communication of delivery risks and recovery actions.\nDrive continuous improvement in procurement execution, supplier communication, and material availability.\nUse KPIs, root-cause analysis, and performance trends to identify systemic issues and implement sustainable solutions.\nEnsure compliance with procurement policies, supplier qualification requirements, and established business processes.\nPromote accountability through action tracking, timely escalation, and measurable results.\nAdheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.\nundefined\nExtensive experience in supply chain management, procurement, materials planning, supplier management, or manufacturing operations.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex supplier delivery issues, material shortages, and production-critical requirements.\nExperience in aerospace manufacturing or another highly regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage.\nPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role.
