Good Payroll experience / familiarity with ADP Global View and ADP EV5 Payroll systems.\nExcellent understanding of Payroll data , Payroll Processing Methodology , system integrations, and implementation best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.\nInterpret business requirements, analyze complex issues, and recommend effective, scalable solutions aligned with organizational objectives.\nPrepare and maintain functional and technical specifications, design documents, and implementation artifacts.\nWork independently to resolve complex problems while providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and leading projects or cross-functional initiatives.\nProvide post-implementation and production support to business units during project deployments and system enhancements.\nSupport project implementation activities, including go-live planning, end-to-end (E2E) testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and disaster recovery planning.\nPartner with external vendors (e.g., ADP) to ensure successful project execution, production readiness, and ongoing operational support.\nPerform data analysis, validation, reporting, and reconciliation to support business decision-making and operational accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Assist with automation and process improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.\nAct as the primary liaison between Payroll Operations, Digital Technology (DT), and other cross-functional teams.\nExperience/Qualifications:\n7+ years of USA Payroll operational experience on ADP Global View (mandatory) and Ev5 (optional, but good to have) Payroll system.\nFamiliar with USA Payroll key concepts of taxation, garnishments, 401K, FSA, FLSA, claims/overpayments processing, arrears processing, W-2 and other statutory reporting.\nProven ability to work under pressure and with other people.\nStrong Time management and self-motivation skills.\nSelf starter, adaptable, detail oriented, strategic thinker.\nExperience with large projects especially implementations.\nWorked within a project managed environment with structured meetings and deliverables.\nEducation:\nBS, BA, B Tech or BE Degree in a technical program required\nAdvanced Degree is a plus.\nPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role.
