Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do\nJoin our team as a Procurement Manager within the Supply Chain function, where you will play a key role in managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations. You will oversee medium to high complexity procurements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of critical programs.\nLead procurement efforts for multiple programs, fostering relationships with suppliers and administering subcontracts throughout the acquisition lifecycle, from requirements generation to product delivery and payment.\nManage supplier performance, including proactive supplier management, leadership engagements, and supplier recovery efforts.\nIssue and resolve conflicts of medium to high complexity in compliance with regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and corporate requirements for various subcontract types, including Cost Types, Firm Fixed Price, and Time & Materials.\nPrepare, issue, evaluate, and manage Requests for Quotations/Proposals (RFQs/RFPs).\nConduct price and cost analyses, negotiate contractual terms (e.g., price, delivery schedules, payment terms), and mitigate supplier risks.\nAdminister and manage high-value and complex material and service procurements, including purchase orders and subcontracts.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Program Management, Engineering, and Material Program Managers, to identify solutions to sourcing challenges.\nProvide procurement and supplier management support for U.S. Government and Commercial contracts.\nMonitor procurement reports and drive performance to meet company metric targets.\nAssist in training and mentoring procurement team members as needed.\nTravel up to 10% as required.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience, or a minimum of 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.\nExperience in leading and managing procurement processes, projects, and tactics in a procurement work area.\nExperience with supplier management, including performance management, relationship management, and supplier recovery efforts.\nExperience managing various contract types including CPFF and FFP purchase orders (FAR/DFAR) with build-to-print/specifications and Statements of Work (SOWs).\n\"U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62\"\nQualifications We Prefer\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.\nExperience with project planning and management tools such as SAP, SharePoint, PowerBi.\nExperience in procurement for development and production programs, including major subcontracts.\nExperience in a SAP-based environment.\nExperience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services, including Statement of Work (SOW) review.\nFamiliarity with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).\nKnowledge of and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS).\nExperience managing financial and operational risks and opportunities.\nExperience with supplier and customer negotiations, including terms and conditions and performance-based payments.\nExperience with defense technologies and import/export regulations.\nAbility to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and communications.\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
