In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring Product Definition (PD) deliverables meet Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT) schedule and Engineering Knowledge System (EKS) requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and coordinate with CIPT, Design, PD, industrial, and manufacturing to adhere to schedule. Your contributions will directly impact the development of dependable and innovative propulsion systems.\nWhat You Will Do:\nManage engineering data in Teamcenter, collaborating with Digital Mock up (DMU)/PD teams to create and revise data driven by the Development Bill of Materials (BOM).\nCoordinate with Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT), Design, PD, Industrial, and Manufacturing teams to ensure on-time hardware deliveries and alignment with project schedules.\nExecute Product Definition engineering standard work across preliminary design, detail design, and verification/validation phases, ensuring requirements, deliverables, and processes are complete and on schedule.\nPrepare, package, and manage engineering change release documentation in UGS Teamcenter, ensuring changes are appropriately assigned for approvals.\nCoordinate engineering changes in accordance with engineering standard work, delivering complete Model-Based Definition (MBD) and Technical Data Package (TDP) packages that meet quality and EKS requirements.\nWhat You Will Learn:\nProduct Definition processes and EKS requirements within Mechanical Systems, Externals, and Nacelles Engineering.\nEngineering data management and product lifecycle workflows using Teamcenter and Siemens NX.\nEngineering change coordination, approval workflows, and release documentation.\nMBD and TDP package development and requirements.\nCross-functional project coordination, schedule management, and continuous improvement practices.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nA Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field. Technical disciplines include Project Engineering, Mechanical Design, Structural Analysis, Product Definition, System Modeling, Mechanical Design analysis for bearings, gears, and seals, and fluid-thermal modeling of associated components and systems.\nPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role.
