Driving excellent teamwork and flawless execution in delivery, quality, safety, and cost.\nThis role will fully be on-site joining a working environment where everyone can grow and contribute as part of a successful, inclusive, high performing culture. You will largely be based in Glenrothes, however you may be required to support our sister site in Livingston, dependent on business requirements.\nYou must be eligible and willing to gain BPSS clearance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nControl Account Manager (CAM) for the Manufacturing function\nControl of touch labour Hours Per Unit, and other manufacturing budgets\nDevelopment and execution of production plans to achieve customer on-time delivery\nManagement of high mix, and frequently changing priorities using Lean Manufacturing concepts\nEmployee Performance Development\nOwnership of all safety procedures\nDriver of process and quality improvements utilising RTX CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence)\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nRelevant years’ experience in a Production Management, Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing Operations related role\nQualified to Degree or Diploma level in a Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing Operations related discipline\nDesirable Skills and Experience:\nExperience in an Electronics / Electro-mechanical manufacturing environment\nExperience in management of budget versus bid\nHighly effective people management skills\nHighly effective organisational and communication skills\nA highly effective, disciplined approach in the work environment\nExperience in using SAP / shopfloor control systems\nExperience in EVMS (Earned Value Management System)\nBenefits and Work Culture\n37hr working week\n\n25 days holiday + bank holidays, plus opportunity to buy, sell or roll over up to 5 days and up to 5 paid days volunteering\n\n10.5% company pension contribution with 6% employee contribution\n\nAnnual company bonus scheme (discretionary)\n\n6 times salary Life Assurance with pension\n\nFlexible Benefits scheme with extensive salary sacrifice schemes, including Health Cashplan, Dental, and Cycle to Work, amongst others\n\nEnhanced sick pay\n\nEnhanced family friendly policies including enhanced maternity, paternity & shared parental leave\n\nCanteen facilities available at Glenrothes site\n\nRaytheon UK\nWe take immense pride in being a leader in defence and aerospace technology.
