Throughout the summer, you will be able to expand your knowledge of OSCQ while also gaining unprecedented exposure to leadership along the way.\nAs an intern you will work along side Production Test Engineers (PTE) who are part of a manufacturing team who support the test process through one or more phases of the product life cycle, including product development, transition to production, sustained production and depot activities. PTEs validates and ensures compliance of the prime hardware to technical data package requirements and supporting test equipment. Interns will support the troubleshooting and problem solving of test failures while identifying opportunities in test processes to improve efficiency, yields, and capacity.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport the validation of new or modified test equipment for production use\nEnsure the operation of test equipment and associated work instructions are accurate\nEnsure test equipment and software meet the test requirements specified for the product\nMonitor and improve the test process through analysis of predictive metrics of trends, failure modes, and test yields\nPerform preliminary investigation of problem resolution\nMaintain changes to the test equipment technical data package which includes drawings, test instructions, test position manuals, and system software\nAssist in non-routine fault isolation, diagnosis and repair of the product or test equipment\nLead root cause and corrective action investigations and present findings\n Qualifications You Must Have\nMust be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major, and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.\nMust have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.\nExperience with Microsoft Office tools\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
