Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nThe Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS) Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) within the Advanced Products and Systems (APS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) is seeking a Finance Lead (M3) for the Advanced Open Integrated Solutions (AOIS) product line.\nThe position works with the area Program Manager, Contracts Managers, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functional groups to support program financial management and reporting. Responsibilities include all elements of program controls including: baseline development, quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs), finance support to Gate 4 reviews, customer negotiations, and driving financial planning activities, including monthly forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long-Range Plan (LRP), and Short-Range Outlook (SRO).\nThe Finance Lead oversees two direct reports, reviews financial reports for accuracy, and supports program financial management from proposal through program closeout.
