The desired candidate will join the Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Mission Area teams as a Senior Supervisor, Program Cost Controls (M3).\nYou will work independently and on several different program issues concurrently, in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will work with lead engineers and other cross functional organizations. The individual should be dedicated to continued process improvements and the building of efficiencies into all operational aspects of the organization.\nThis role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being offered.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupervise analyst and provide Earned Value and Contract guidance on both programs\nPrepare and support monthly & quarterly financial deliverables (CDRLs, VARs, LREs, EACs, Review packages, etc)\nPerform analyses and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are performed within contract agreed-upon parameters\nCost and schedule monitoring, monthly Earned Value reporting\nPerform detailed financial analysis for both total CBT and functional area level cost elements to help define and understand the monthly variances to Budget baseline and EAC positions\nMaintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking to ensure adequate funding is available\nUtilize & share knowledge of the RTN Earned Value Management system process 10255 policy within the program teams\nAdditional responsibilities will include supporting monthly forecast process, proposal efforts and tracking books as needed.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field of study & a minimum of 5 years relevant professional work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years relevant professional work experience\nExperience with EVMS, Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and/or EAC Process\nExperience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. Vlookups, pivot tables)\nU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements\nQualifications We Prefer\nProgram startup/baselining experience\nSAP APEX EV, PRISM and Business Warehouse experience\nStrong technical knowledge of finance and program control, strong problem-solving skills and have good communication skills. \nExperience with CDRLs consisting of IPMDARs, CSDRs and CFSRs.\nEarned Value Certification\nPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
