Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nJob Description\nManage the full project lifecycle from planning, design, development, testing, and implementation.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams such as program management, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and design engineering to ensure project objectives are achieved.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost targets.\nMonitor project progress and performance, including schedule, cost, and technical deliverables.\nIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or technical issues.\nPrepare reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management.\nManage project documentation, proposals, and work statements as required for program execution.\nEnsure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations (EHS).\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to improve engineering processes and project outcomes.\nRequired Skills/Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related field).\n4-5+ years of experience in project engineering, project management, or similar technical roles.\nKnowledge of engineering development, manufacturing processes, and aerospace systems.\nStrong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProficient with software such as Primavera, Siemens NX, Solidworks and Microsoft Office (ie. MS Project)\nProven understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices\nCourage to explore new ideas, learn new technologies, a proactive desire to learn\nPassion for technology and creative mindset\nPMP or ACP certified is a plus.\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
