This role also provides the opportunity to support local site security activities under the direction of Raytheon's National Security function, with training provided.\nWe offer the opportunity to work in a unique operational environment while supporting a capability that contributes directly to Australia's national security.\nSupporting the Program Manager and PMO team, your responsibilities will include coordinating project reporting, maintaining program documentation, administering SharePoint sites and supporting governance activities across the program.\nYou will also support local security administration activities including visitor management, site access coordination, record keeping and compliance activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport preparation and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).\nCoordinate inputs to Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Contract Status Reviews (CSRs), Contract Status and Schedule Reviews (CSSRs) and other reporting requirements.\nPrepare reports, presentations and other project / customer deliverables.\nMaintain program registers, records and project documentation.\nAdminister and maintain SharePoint sites and document libraries.\nCoordinate meetings, actions and stakeholder engagements.\nSupport local security administration and compliance activities.\nAssist with visitor management, site access and security record keeping.\nSkills, Experience & Qualifications\nExperience in a Project Officer, Project Coordinator, Program Support or similar role.\nAdvanced Microsoft Word skills and the ability to produce high-quality documentation.\nExperience using SharePoint for document management and collaboration.\nStrong Microsoft PowerPoint skills.\nIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills.\nExcellent organisational and time management skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.\nAbility to work independently and manage competing priorities.\nCurrent Driver's Licence.\nDesirable:\nCertificate IV or Diploma in Project Management, Business Administration or similar discipline.\nExperience supporting Defence or Government programs.\nExperience supporting PMO or project governance activities.\nExperience with CDRLs and customer reporting requirements.\nExisting Australian Government Security Clearance.\nIn return, we will support you with access to best-practice tools, systems and processes while continually investing in your growth through tailored learning and development opportunities, including Defence security training.\nSuccessful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance as required.
