This leadership position requires strong decision-making ability, teamwork skills, attention to detail, complete follow-through, and exceptional communication skills. A successful candidate will be proficient at bringing together the necessary supporting team to address strategic, tactical, customer focused, and programmatic issues to drive to a solution that meets the Program objectives.\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, fast-paced solutions that address material constraints and support program objectives. Identify and track top material risks; drive focused, cross-functional action plans to mitigate impacts to customers and MRO shops.\nWork with partners, suppliers, spare parts teams, engine centers, and overhaul facilities to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.\nMitigate critical issues related to delivery, induction schedules, and shop visit progress.\nEstablish processes, metrics, and goals to measure and improve MRO performance.\nSupport development and execution of aftermarket strategies, including Sustainment, Aftermarket Strategy, and Partnership contract renewals.\nDevelop and implement strategies to achieve program objectives, including customer-specific initiatives.\nSupport the Program Manager in leading multi-functional teams for program execution and capture.\nProvide timely status updates to Commercial Engines senior leadership; create and manage consistent reporting processes for IPMT and program leadership.\nTrack and report cost, schedule, engine status, customer updates, financials, and internal program review information.\nManage program priorities and ensure alignment across AIPT and IPMT stakeholders.\nCoordinate with enterprise functions to close organizational gaps and support program execution.\nContribute to organization-wide initiatives, including employee engagement, wellness, and safety committees.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nBachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience; Or Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience to include the following:\nOperations, engineering, program management and project management.\nQualifications We Prefer:\nDemonstrated leadership competencies should include: Strategic Leadership; Focus on Results; Teamwork; Communication and Listening Skills.\nExcellent problem-solving skills: proactive and solution oriented Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills for audiences at all levels of P&W and customers\nAbility to rapidly assimilate information to produce strategies and outcomes that achieve program objectives\nAbility to take ownership of assigned projects/initiatives and independently drive for results\nLearn More and Apply:\nPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
