Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do:\nWork applicable written inspection procedures, drawings, and other pertinent instruction and/or Approved Technical Data to plan and perform dimensional and visual inspection on parts, tools and gages and other equipment, accepting material or referring for rework or quality review based on findings.\nMay use fixed or variable measuring instruments where work instructions require checking dimensions and recording results.\nPerform simple mathematical computations to determine pass/fail results based on allowed tolerance.\nFollow proper procedures to perform inspection checks and verification of dimensions and make sure that Work Instructions are being followed.\nRecognize need and arrange for repair or calibration of measuring equipment used in performing the work as necessary.\nSupport and promote continuous improvement activities to meet business objectives.\nMust maintain Inspection stamp.\nManage multiple competing priorities simultaneously\nFlexibility around shifts for training and to maintain workflow, to include overtime\nQualifications You Must Have:\nTypically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.\nPrior relevant experience.\nQualifications We Prefer:\nInspection experience in a production environment\nBasic Blueprint Reading ability\nFamiliarity with precision measuring equipment\nBasic Computer skills\nBasic Shop Math\n Role Type\n*Please ensure the role type (defined below) is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role.\nOnsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite.
