Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nNaval Systems & Sustainment, a sub strategic business unit within Naval Power, seeking a Guided Missile Round Pack (GMRP) Production Program Manager for the Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) program. The RAM program is a fast-paced and complex US-German cooperative program, which is highly visible within both Raytheon and the US Navy (USN). The GMRP Production Program Manager reports directly to the RAM Program Director.\nThe RAM GMRP Production Program Manager will be responsible for execution and cost performance of multiple US Navy production contracts (including Foreign Military Sales (FMS)) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS)) as prime contractor in parallel with execution of RAMSYS-prime German Navy and RAMSYS-prime DCS contracts as a sub-contractor.\nThis role requires experience in Production Program Management. The GMRP Production Manger will lead cross-functional teams, manage a complex program and supply base, and ensure clear communication of goals, decisions, and results to teams, customers, and senior leadership.
