This includes design and test activities that span preliminary design to integration. Products we develop support radar and datalink applications on a variety of tactical missile programs. Critical to this role is designing for challenging mechanical constraints and extreme environments.\nThis position is an onsite role, located in Tucson, AZ.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign and development of transmitters, receivers or exciters\nDesign of circuit card assemblies (CCAs) with RF or mixed signals\nWork in a lab to accomplish component characterization as well as module verification and integration\nTest and handle sensitive RF Hardware\nSchematic capture and RF routing\nPartner with interdisciplinary teams - power, digital, mechanical, etc.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience to include any combination of the following:Experience with RF design and fabrication\nExperience with RF testing and troubleshooting\nExperience with the simulation of RF products\nExperience with any of the following tools:Mentor DX Designer or equivalent\nHigh Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) or equivalent\nSystemVue/Genesys or equivalent\nAdvanced Design System (ADS) or equivalent\n\nAbility to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start.\nQualifications We Prefer\nMentorship or apprenticeship experience \nTechnical oversight responsibilities for less-senior engineers\nWorking across domains on complex projects\nArchitecting and requirements definition for complex RF products\nTeam leadership experience on technical projects including experience w/ cost and schedule\nEVMS or CAM experience\nAbility to prepare documentation with minimal oversight\nBackground in designing for manufacturability, producibility, and cost constraints. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
