We are seeking Radar Systems Engineers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex technical problems, and are eager to support innovative sensor and radar programs.\nWhat You Will Do\nYou will work alongside experienced engineers to define system architecture, develop and verify system requirements, perform analysis and modeling, and support integration, testing, and flight activities across the full product lifecycle.\nSupport development, analysis, documentation, and verification of system requirements using DOORS.\nGenerate system CONOPS and system architectures.\nAssist with radar mode requirement development and system performance assessments.\nConduct modeling, simulation, and data analysis using tools such as MATLAB, Python, and C++.\nParticipate in hardware/software integration, troubleshooting, and hands-on laboratory testing.\nSupport verification, validation, flight test, production, and post-deployment activities.\nPerform trade studies, functional/physical analyses, and MBSE-based system design.\nPrepare and present technical reports, findings, and briefings to internal and external stakeholders.\nPrepare and present technical reports, findings, and briefings to internal and external stakeholders.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nMaster's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) obtained by start date\nExperience with RF fundamentals: link budget analysis, modulation schemes, noise figure, gain, bandwidth, filtering, or wave propagation\nExperience with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators) through coursework, internships, or lab work\nExperience using MATLAB for data analysis\nExperience may be obtained through job experience, research, coursework, or projects\nQualifications We Prefer:\nInternship or project experience related to RF, wireless, radar, SDR, or satellite communication\nKnowledge of systems engineering architecture and design, integration and test, and verification and validation approaches\nExperience with programming using C++ or scripting/automation tools like Python or LabVIEW\nHands-on experience with antennas or PCB layout for RF circuits\nExposure to digital signal processing concepts\nWhat We Offer:\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
